We are THRILLED to announce that orthodontic offices have received guidance from the Illinois Department of Public Health and the Illinois State Dental Society to safely resume business, & we will begin seeing both new & current patients in-office this upcoming WEDNESDAY, MAY 20TH! We are so excited to see your smiling faces!
We will begin calling upon our patients to get your appointments rescheduled starting Monday, May 18th – so to anyone whose appointment had to be canceled due to the temporary closure, be on the lookout for our call & we will get you back on the books on a day/time that is convenient for you!

A: No, your aligners aren’t ready yet but we are working on a plan to get aligners made while we under the stay at home order. Once we are able to make your aligners we will either mail them or have them available for pick up at one of our offices. We apologize for the delay but know you understand the need to respect the guidelines the Governor and the ADA have given us to keep our staff and our patients healthy.
A: We haven’t made any changes to your contract terms due to the stay at home order. Contracts are set up as a method to allow payments over time and do not directly relate to appointment intervals. And to be clear, there will not be an increase to the treatment fee due to the unforeseen delay in treatment.
A: Please continue to wear your last aligner at minimum while you sleep until we can deliver your next set of aligners.
A: We are not scheduling appointments yet but hope to do so once we are confident when we will be allowed to re-open. Once we have that date, we will contact you to reschedule your appointment. Thank you for your patience!
A: Yes we can set up an e-visit with one of the doctors for any of our patients to better answer questions and virtually evaluate patients while they are safely at home.
A: A broken bracket or wire is not an emergency if you are not in any pain or if it isn’t cutting your gum tissue or cheek. We can repair your braces once we are able to re-open. If you are in pain, please text us at 815-744-2990 and one of the doctors will address the problem.
A: If the wire is just a little uncomfortable, you can wear your removable retainer full time to cover the sharp area. If it is painful, the best thing to do is peel it off and keep it. We can fix it once we can re-open. Please be sure to wear your removable retainers every night.
